Delete User Invite

You can remove invited users at any time from the users table. This action can be useful if the invite was sent to the wrong user or if the user no longer needs access to the application.

Steps to delete a user invite

To delete a user invite from your Advantus organisation, follow these steps:

Step 1. Navigate to the application

Access the application within your Advantus organisation where the user invite was sent.

Step 2. Go to the users section

Locate and open the "Users" section on the application dashboard.

Step 3. Find the invited user:

Search for the user whose invite you wish to delete in the users table.

MemberThe name or email address of the user who has been invited to your organisation or application.
RoleThe specific role assigned to the member, determines their permissions and access levels.
Created OnThe date and time when the invitation was sent to the member.
Invite StatusThe current status of the invitation (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Declined).
ActionOptions available for managing the member, such as removing the member.

Note: Once a user invitation is deleted, the user will no longer have any access or control over the application, and their roles and permissions will be revoked.

Step 4. Select user option

Click on the "Options" button.

Step 5. Choose delete

Select the "Delete" option from the dropdown menu.

Step 6. Confirm deletion

A confirmation prompt may appear. Confirm that you want to delete the user invite to proceed.
